The Maker’s Loft 16×24 XL Garage Kit is designed for maximum flexibility, featuring a full second-floor loft and a convenient built-in staircase. Built with home-quality construction standards, it includes residential-grade 2×4 framing spaced 16″ on center and a robust 2×6 SecureTruss roof system. On the main level, the garage layout includes a single-car parking space with an 8’W x 6’6″H opening suitable for most small SUVs and trucks (garage door not included).
